We are looking for food retail stores, local supply centres and retail parks with a grocery anchor as well as drugstores – as single assets of €4m to €25m or portfolios of up to €50m. Properties with short remaining lease terms from one year, and with refurbishment, repositioning or extension needs in towns with 6,000+ residents, are explicitly welcome.
